'All the world's a stage, and all the men and women merely players…'  Shakespeare

Acting is not just something that happens in films and theatrical plays; it also occurs in everyday life. We use acting as a coping mechanism from a young age as a way to protect ourselves from our environment. We may put on a "mask" or persona in order to please those around us and be accepted, but this can cause us to lose touch with our true selves. We may even create multiple masks depending on the situations we're in the emotional traumas we experience or the different people we interact with. While this may help us cope with life, it can ultimately distance us from our authentic selves and prevent us from truly connecting with ourselves and others.

The role you play in life reflects your true self, or it's dictated by your false personality?

Prime Acting is about becoming aware of these mechanical and often harmful identifications that shape our psyche and body. Our thoughts, beliefs, voice, speech, posture, and movements all embody, over time, a character we call "I". This "I" that we are so closely identified with is often far from who we really are.

Prime acting involves exploring the realms of subtle communication that exist within our core selves and energy systems. Through the use of imaginative journeys, storytelling, art, music, and drama, individuals can process their emotions, thoughts, and experiences in a safe and non-judgmental space. These techniques can be effective in resolving emotional conflicts and improving overall mental health and well-being.

In prime acting, individuals have the opportunity to express themselves and work through their emotions. This process helps them gain insight into their feelings and behaviours, develop new coping skills, and improve their communication on all levels of reality.
